Terms of Service

Last updated: June 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of this website and any services provided by Slick Dynamic Tech ("we", "us", "our"). By submitting an enquiry, accepting a quote, or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Slick Dynamic Tech currently operates as a sole trader / business in formation. Full company registration details will be added here once incorporation is complete.

2. Our Services

We provide website design and development, AI automation (including AI chat agents), customer relationship management (CRM) implementation, search engine optimisation (SEO) and related digital services, as described on this website. The exact scope, deliverables and timeline of any engagement will be set out in a written quote or proposal agreed between you and us prior to commencement of work.

3. Quotes & Engagement Process

As our services are customised to each client, pricing is not published on this website. After you submit an enquiry, we will respond with a tailored proposal. A project or engagement only begins once both parties have agreed on scope and price, typically confirmed in writing (including via email or an accepted Stripe quote/invoice).

4. Payment Terms

  • Payments are processed securely via Stripe, using either an invoice or a payment link sent directly to you.
  • Unless otherwise agreed in writing, an initial deposit is payable before work commences, with the balance due upon completion or per the milestone schedule set out in your proposal.
  • All fees are quoted in the currency stated on your invoice and are exclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Late payments may result in a pause of ongoing work until payment is received.

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide timely feedback, access, content and information reasonably required for us to deliver the agreed services. Delays caused by late client input may extend project timelines accordingly.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, ownership of custom deliverables created specifically for you (such as website code or design files) transfers to you, except for any pre-existing tools, frameworks, or proprietary systems we use to deliver the work, which remain our property and are licensed to you for your continued use of the deliverable.

7. Confidentiality

We treat any business, technical or customer information you share with us as confidential, and will not disclose it to third parties except as necessary to deliver the agreed services or as required by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or related to any engagement is limited to the amount paid by you for the services giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including loss of revenue or business opportunity.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement in accordance with the cancellation terms set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Fees for work already completed remain payable.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts.
