Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview
Because our services are custom-quoted and project-based rather than fixed-price products, refunds and cancellations are handled according to the stage of work completed. This policy explains how that works.
2. Deposits
Most projects require an upfront deposit (typically 30–50% of the total quoted price) before work begins. This deposit reserves project capacity and covers initial planning and setup work.
- Before work has started: if you cancel before any work has commenced, your deposit is refundable in full, less any payment processing fees already incurred.
- After work has started: deposits become non-refundable once work has commenced, as they cover time and resources already committed to your project.
3. Mid-Project Cancellation
If you wish to cancel a project that is already underway:
- You will be invoiced for all work completed up to the date of cancellation, calculated on a pro-rata or milestone basis as set out in your original proposal.
- Any amount already paid beyond the value of completed work will be refunded within 14 business days.
- Any amount owed for completed work beyond what has already been paid will be invoiced and is payable within 7 days.
4. Completed Work
Once a deliverable has been completed, approved by you, and final payment has been made, that portion of the project is considered final and is not eligible for a refund, except where the deliverable does not match the agreed scope (see Section 6 below).
5. Ongoing / Retainer Services
For any ongoing monthly services (such as SEO management or AI agent maintenance), either party may cancel with 30 days' written notice. You will be billed for the final month of service up to the cancellation date; no further charges will apply after that date.
6. Quality Disputes
If you believe a delivered piece of work does not meet the scope agreed in your proposal, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will review the matter in good faith and, where we agree the work falls short of the agreed scope, we will either revise the work at no additional cost or issue a partial refund proportionate to the shortfall.
7. How Refunds Are Issued
All refunds are processed back to the original payment method via Stripe. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer's processing times.
